Where is my order?
AERO PLUG products are custom-made after your order is confirmed.
The production and shipping time is typically around 3 weeks (15 business days).
Orders placed before 1:00 PM are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM are processed on the next business day.
All lead times are calculated in business days only (Monday to Friday) and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.
If your order was placed recently, it is therefore normal for it to still be in production during this period.
