What should I do if my AERO PLUG does not fit my handlebar?
First of all, it is important to check that the installation has been done correctly.
In many cases, the issue is not due to the wrong AERO PLUG selection, but simply to incorrect installation.
We therefore recommend carefully reviewing the installation manual and checking the following points:
• correct positioning of the plastic inserts
• correct orientation of the parts (arrows direction)
• presence and correct positioning of the alignment key
• the normal gap between the two parts of the AERO PLUG
If, after these checks, your AERO PLUG still does not fit your handlebar, please contact us by email and include photos of your installation: [email protected]
This will allow us to verify your configuration and identify the source of the issue.
Two situations are possible:
• If the issue is due to a configuration error when ordering (incorrect handlebar or aerobar model selected), new custom parts will need to be manufactured at the customer’s expense
• If the issue is due to a manufacturing error on our side, we will of course take care of correcting and replacing the affected parts
