Can I return my order?
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
However, since AERO PLUG adapters are custom-made, they cannot be refunded, as they are specifically designed for your setup and cannot be resold to other customers.
For AERO PLUG + aerobars packs, only the aerobars may be eligible for a refund, provided they are returned in their original condition.
If you believe there is a manufacturing defect or compatibility issue, we may ask you to provide photos of your installation to assess the situation.
In some cases, an exchange or appropriate solution may be offered if the product is found to be defective.
