Is the installation reversible?
Yes, installing an AERO PLUG system is fully reversible.
During the first installation, the AERO PLUG system is mounted onto the aerobars. This step is usually the longest part of the process.
Once the initial installation is completed, the system can be very easily removed from the bike.
You simply need to loosen the 4 bolts that hold the two metal parts of the AERO PLUG together in order to remove the entire assembly from the handlebar.
Removal or reinstallation usually takes less than 10 minutes.
The system also allows you to transfer the setup to another bike easily.
You only need to replace the plastic inserts positioned between the two metal parts so that they match the shape of the new handlebar.
