Can I cancel my order?
It depends on the production status of your order.
Since AERO PLUG adapters are custom-made, an order can only be cancelled if manufacturing has not yet started.
If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email as soon as possible and include your order number.
We will then check whether your AERO PLUG is already in production.
• If production has not started yet, we will be able to cancel your order.
• If your AERO PLUG has already been manufactured or is currently in production, unfortunately it will no longer be possible to cancel the order free of charge.
