What are the delivery times?
Our products are made to order to ensure a high level of quality and custom manufacturing.
The production and shipping time is 15 business days (approximately 3 weeks) from the time your order is processed. Business days are Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends and French public holidays.
You can check the estimated shipping date of your order at any time directly on our website under My Account → Orders.
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number.

- Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Paris time) are processed the same day.
